Three Course Set Menu

Soup or Salad

Chicken File Gumbo   ·     Field Greens Salad w/ Vinaigrette   ·    Caesar Salad

Petite Entrée

(choose up to three– guest will choose from preselected options during the event)

Crabcake Lafitte   fried crabcakes & lump crabmeat over angel hair pasta

Filet Mignon     5oz center cut filet grilled to order; served with grilled asparagus

Shrimp Diane louisiana shrimp in a spicy garlic butter, mushrooms and green onions; angel-hair pasta

Half & Half Platter   crispy fried catfish and lightly fried shrimp; served with french fries

Smothered Catfish     grilled catfish filet smothered in crawfish etouffee; served with jambalaya

Boudin Stuffed Chicken     fig pepper-jelly glazed; served with jambalaya

Cost per person:    $30 per person

Gratuity Charge:    20%, added before tax

Tax:                      9.2% to be added to food and drink totals

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve group events
